In this unique environment, we are looking for a “Sub-Manager” to support the DK HOUSE manager !

【Job Description】

You will support the share house manager while helping create a comfortable living environment for all residents.

【Main Responsibilities】

  • Assisting the manager
  • Cleaning and managing shared spaces and supplies (main duty)
  • Social media posting and content creation
  • Providing simple support in shared areas
  • Resident / daily life support
  • Assisting with house tours (optional)
  • Supporting community events (1–2 times per year)
  • Supporting during busy move-in/move-out seasons or when the manager is off duty

【Working Hours】

  • 20 hours per month
  • Approximately 2 hours per day

  • Must be able to live at DK HOUSE Shinkoiwa or Nerima
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
