   A detailed explanation of the facilities and systems will be provided.
   If you are applying on the spot (3), please bring the following documents.
   If you are far away, e.g. overseas, you can apply without a visit. Please contact us.

   Application
   Please prepare the following:

   Required documents

   Japanese nationals	Foreign nationals
   1. Driver's licence or certificate of residence 2. personal seal	Foreign nationals require different documents.

   *Both require emergency contact details (address, name and telephone number) in Japan for registration.

   Tenant screening
   Please note that the results of the interview may not be able to meet your request.
5. Flow05
   Contract (payment)
   Once your moving in has been decided, you will be asked to sign and seal a confirmation of contract details.
   For tenants from abroad, a contract will be drawn up on the day they move in.
   Please pay the fee by bank transfer so that payment can be confirmed at least one day before the move-in date.
   Payment can also be made by credit card.

6. Flow06
   Move-in.
   Please inform us of the date and time of your move-in at least 7 days in advance.
   On the day of move-in, you will receive the keys as soon as the formalities are completed.
