Procedure Steps

(1) Check availability

(2) On-site visit

We will give you a full explanation of the facilities and housing systems.
If you would like to make application at the time of a visit, please bring the necessary items mentioned below.

(3) Application

Please make sure to have the following ready.

Japanese citizens Non-Japanese citizens
1. Driver's license or residence certificate
2. Seal (inkan)
1. Passport or alien registration card
2. Visa
If you have exemption of visa, we will make a copy of the LANDING PERMISSIOIN page and confirm that the stay at DK HOUSE will not excess the residential time in Japan.

*An emergency contact person (name/address/phone number) within Japan will be necessary whether you are a Japanese citizen or Non-Japanese Citizen.
No guarantor is necessary.

(4) Interview

Please note that there is a possibility we will turn down your application based on the results of the interview.

(5) Contract and payment

When you make up your mind to move in, we ask you to sign and put your seal on the lease contract.
If you are moving in directly from overseas, we will have the contract available on the check-in day.
Please pay fees by bank transfer within 3 days of the interview.
If you cancel your contract after signing the lease and before moving in, deposit money will be collected as a cancellation fee.

Fees
Rent: the contract requires tenants to pay all rent in advance.
Common-area fee: utilities are included
Deposit:
Administrative fee: not refundable
Rental fee for bedding set: not necessary when you bring in your own.

(6) Move-in

Please inform us of your move-in date at least 7 days in advance. As soon as all the procedures are completed, we will give you a key and security door card.

*We don't offer on-site visits or conduct application procedures on days when a house is not open for business.
